Been coming to Sports Clips Morgan Hill for over 6yrs w/my son! We love Jenny- she's the best!! My son is 12 & the only stylist he trusts w/his hair is Jenny... & for the last 6yrs we have had people come up to us & ask where he gets his hair cut & we always say, "Jenny @Sports Clips in Morgan Hill!!!"

I checked in online, received a text 10 minutes prior to it being my turn which gave me time to get to the store. Upon arrival, I was welcomed in by Jenny. The store was very clean and well lit. I waited only a few short minutes before it was my turn while she finished up with a customer. When it was my turn, I was walked over and seated at a clean and organized work station. She listened tentatively to what I was looking for and explained what she could do. She kept up a nice conversation throughout the hair cut and payed attention to any concerns I had. I chose the mvp option which comes with the hair wash and massage. After she finished cutting my hair, she handed me a mirror so I could check the back of my head and I was blown away with how well the lines looked with the contours of my head. Once I was satisfied with that, she escorted me to the wash stations where I received a hot towel on my face and a thorough hair washing. I highly recommend the extra bit of money for the full mvp experience because it is quite relaxing and you also won’t have all the small pieces of hair everywhere after. After the hair wash, I was taken back to the hair cut station and received a shoulder massage with the massaging machine, also another perk of the mvp experience. To wrap up the whole thing, Jenny professionally dried and styled my hair perfectly. After paying I was personally thanked by Jenny for coming in to sports clips. I will definitely be coming back to see Jenny for all of my haircuts now.

We checked in 30 mins prior to arrival at store, checked in as soon as arrived at store and still had to wait over 45 mins. The system they have in place for online check in is a joke!
